Both Notary Publics and Lawyers are permitted by law to assist clients with their Real Estate conveyance needs. CAN YOU NOTARIZE A DOCUMENT REMOTELY?

Although we can provide select services remotely, we are currently NOT providing notarization service remotely. This allows us a greater control of ensuring the integrity of the document and also reduces the likelihood of the document being rejected.
